Contact and report an error

We cannot answer personal tax questions. For those, contact Revenue through myAccount or a qualified adviser.

Please do not send personal data

Do not include your PPSN, bank details, passwords, payslips or medical documents in any message. We do not need them and will delete any message that contains them.

Report a content error

Tell us the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and the official source that supports the correction. We log each fix on the affected page.

Report a broken official link

Official links should open only on revenue.ie or ros.ie. If a link goes anywhere else, or fails, let us know with the page URL.

Accessibility

PAYEWise is designed to WCAG 2.2 AA. If something does not work with a keyboard, screen reader or at 200% zoom, report the page and the problem.
